Phased refurbishment is where a per-room rate works hardest — book one wing without touching the rest of the hotel.
Bed, mattress, wardrobe and soft furnishings removed room by room. Priced per room so a twelve-room wing can be booked on its own.

Working with us
Early mornings, evenings and overnight work available so rooms are not off-sale during the day.
We walk the rooms, count them and agree a written price per room before anything is booked.
Van, extraction machines, products and consumables all supplied. Nothing needed from your team.
Public liability insurance in force and DBS-checked operatives. Certificates on request.
If a room does not meet the agreed standard we return and put it right, at no cost.
14 or 30-day terms, one consolidated invoice per visit or per month.
